Christmas and New Year challenge preparation

I trust everyone has had a wonderful and relaxing time with family, friends and loved ones. I hope your also finding some time for your yoga and meditation practise.

Just a reminder to everyone that last term we discussed commencing a daily meditation practise from New Years day.

If you’re already meditating please continue your practise, ideally daily. If you’ve been waiting for New Years day to start, this is a gentle reminder.
